I think champion trance should be altered a tad, either

A) Let it give chromatic resistance (resistance to every dtype cept phys or w/e)

B) add a with syntax, for guaranteeing a resistance (eg use champion trance with poison)

Also, would it be too much to ask if it were to have constitution as (one of) affecting stats? I haven't seen much useful tank pieces with +sta/wis :/

I am of the personal opinion that this would have a negative imact
on warriors who do not do much equipment.
Maybe what nevyn needs is a couple of new skills next patch that
allow him to self buff against specific dtypes.
Apparently, this skill is no longer known "to be very difficult to
control" and shouldn't "have very varying effects". It no longer
changes allows you to "partly ignore magical attacks" but to
"heighten your resistance against a specific school of magic".
Read: it's a totally different skill.

1) you champion trance costs less eps than resist pain, and does at
least 3 dtypes... probably more most of the time.
2) your champion trance lasts longer than resist pain by a good bit.

what honestly do you have to bitch about here?
