i fixored a bug in this. i imagine the majority of you will still
fail pretty often on top level mobs (tia/schizo/lloth/etc) but it
shouldn't be failing anywhere near as much on smaller mobs like
sidhes etc, which is what it was doing.
ps the bug was a typo, and i'm not sure that i added the typo in :)

made a change to these, which shoudln't be too noticeable other than
some of you MIGHT notice a little less healing on touch of darkness
(it'll be temporary at most), and more of the disciple of shadow
spells/skills give grank etc.

there's a chacne that one or two others might be a tiny bit more
expensive to cast/use, but again that's just a temporary thing.

hopefully, strangle is now interesting/useful. let me know if it
seems way too good to be true, etc.

i really doubt most of you will wet yourselves over the change
unless you fight something very bizarre or suddenly get to do eq a
lot.

i have changed the formulas slightly to include a bit of code that checks your ability with instas. basically, the more often you insta with backstab, the better you get at it. of course, the difference between noticeable boosts grows as you get better and better. the same is true for art of assassination instas. fatal strike instas are tracked seperately from AoA instas for purposes of this.

I should point out that with practice you can easily become better than you already were at insta'ing. i think i also raised the base chance for fatal strike insta, but i think i may have SLIGHTLY lowered AoA instas til you get practice with them.

i upped the points you get for killing someone with fatal strike insta or art of assassination insta. basically you'll see improvement towards future instas happening faster.

if that makes sense. you'll get better at instas faster.
