Secondaries

Secondary characters are permitted on Islands of Myth, BUT, only under the following circumstances:

Secondary characters must be registered with the administration. this allows the staff of Islands of Myth to keep track of which characters belong to whom, and thus control abuse of secondary characters. Failure to register a secondary character may result in removal of both the secondary and the original character. Registering can be done by using the 'secondary' command where the usage is: secondary add .
They must be played as separate, individual characters. This means that the two characters may not be logged into the mud at the same time. A character who has gone "net-dead", or has lost their link still counts as a logged in character.
The characters may not be switched with the intent to pass items or wealth from one to the other. That means no sharing castles, no allowing a character to use the other's eq. Basically, do NOT use one character to further the interests/ability of the other in ANY way.
In cases of emergency where your player has encountered a bug that makes it impossible for you to do anything, you may log in as a guest to get the attention of a wizard.
