Lurker Stealth, randomly at times i am unable to reach 120% stealth no matter what i do. My inventory is 22%, i have all self buffs up, hide/stealth/shaded ally, everything and could only get to 95% stealth, this happened earlier today and i removed a couple gems from my inventory and it fixed the problem, this time i have nothing extra to remove to fix it.
