Report Number: 10715 Original bug report by Einar on Mon Nov 26 19:42:16 2007
Object: Unknown Creator: Unknown Room: /domains/blackavar/necrocity/cemetary/rooms/underground/1,1,1
In reference to report: 10711 You only cannot id a gem by its color if there are 2 in inventory. i.e. having 1 gem, insert gold gem into key will work, but 2 in inventory will return: You can't insert that into that.
However it will work when you realize they are multiples and use: insert a gold gem into key Maybe change the message so instead of giving a bad syntax message (You can't insert that into that.) And have it go to the normal (Which gem do you mean? (try using proper english like: 'a', 'any', 'first' ..) or something along those lines) At least something to realize you have multiple gems of the same color, as your inventory will group them as: (7) Gem ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Vor wrote on Tue Nov 27 05:45:58 2007 that sounds like a parser error, not a bug that i can fix personally. might not really be a bug at all.

Zifnab wrote on Tue Nov 27 10:55:12 2007 I would like to see this happen. I will try and reproduce it when i get to work. I have never seen the parser do this.

Zifnab wrote on Tue Nov 27 13:42:38 2007 ok I misread this morning. It does appear to be a parser issue it is taking the message from indirect_verb_rule or can_verb_rule instead of realizing it has 2.
