The leader of the party can call it by doing 'party check' after which the party members will have approximately 3 rounds to either type 'party ready' (i am ready to go) 'party wait' (i am not ready) or do nothing (fapping in another window). The ready check will beep the party, but it respects the no_beep setting. I know that it's easy to just make a trigger to say that you're ready, but figure that players will notice if someone does that a couple of times.
