Donations Mon Aug 1 15:22:10 2022 MST Saryon admin offline Over the last few years we've fielded a few questions about people making donations. I want to do an official post on the topic so that's what you're reading :D If I were to delete the MUD entirely, I would still have this server. I use this server for my websites, DNS, email and general unix shell. I host a few friends websites on here. I host the mud here. I am not comfy taking money for something that I would be doing anyway. If I had a VM I was leasing just for the MUD or something, it'd make sense to me. Anyone who says IoM is taking donations is not putting whatever money you give them towards server costs. I have no reason to belive this has ever happened, I just wanted to state it explicitly. Thanks for wanting to contribute, it's a great thought but at this point I don't feel it's appropriate :D
