I'm having trouble coming up with a method that doesn't either (a) let every party with a bad tank act like a wolfpack :-), or (b) seem horribly unfair. I'm still working on it though; it will come through at some point. When it does, I'll figure out something to make it easy for people to experiment with it a little (maybe just make it a really cheap skill).
