| Dear Valued Customer,
A planned maintenance on the Secured Servers network will be taking place on
Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 1:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time
(MST) to 5:00
a.m. MST affecting our E3 server racks. During this 4 hour
maintenance, we will
be adding capacity to our Access Backend network infrastructure to prepare for
future product launches. While we expect a brief network outage of
not more than
10 minutes, no configuration changes on your end are needed. Please also note
that this maintenance does not affect Internet traffic (public network), but
only the private network including connectivity to the storage server.
Our Network Engineering Team will be taking all necessary precautions to
mitigate any prolonged disruptions, and if you have any questions, please
contact NOC Services.
