In the period of time following the Fall of Red Dragon City, several of the younger.

Dragons on Dark Cavern isle began to feel their ties to the other realms

growing stronger. They also began to notice changes in their physical stature.

Their bodies had become smaller, and their front legs had shrunk.

They now had only one pair of legs, and a pair of arms. Their skin still was

covered in scales, and they still stand about 10 feet tall.

The ancient wisdom inherit in the dragon species was carried down,

and their intelligence is beyond comparison.

These dragons, now seeing just how different they were from the other dragons on Dark Caverns.

So they took off, and migrated across the vast oceans. After exploring all of the other

islands in the realm, they discovered that they did not fit into any other civilization quite

as well as with the other lizards and dragons on Dark Caverns. They set up a small village

atop the tallest cliffs of Dark Caverns.

A young adventurer saw the village, and ran off to tell the elders what he had seen.

The elders dismissed the youth, claiming that a village of dragons was too

far fetched to be true. However, a few of the other adventurers decided

amongst themselves, that maybe the newbie had actually seen something.

They did not necessarily believe that it was a "village of dragons",

but they did believe that he had seen something. And as most adventurers

are always looking for new places to explore, they set up a party to go

investigate the area that the boy had described.

Upon arrival at the location the boy had told them about, they found

a rather primative looking village. It was almost fully hidden from view.

After many hours trying to figure out how to approach the village, they finally

made it to the gates. As they entered the village, they saw that the boy was

indeed correct, this was a village of dragons.

These Draconnes, as they called themselves, welcomed the adventurers with open arms

and smiling faces. Their village seemed at first to be primitive to the adventurers,

but their society appears to be advancing rapidly.
