Did some changes to battle royale. None wanted to try it now when i run it though :( Hopefully it'll work anyway.
Made it so you can't prot or heal those who join the event. All protection abjurations will be removed when you sign up for the event. Also moved the battle to a special battle royale area. So will be harder to hide.
