Troubadour needs an uptune. Whether its new skills or having more powerful party songs. If you let the party songs last longer and more powerful that would be one way or keep the length and power of the songs the same but let them be distant songs. Another idea could be stacking bard songs (for primary bards only and on themselves only). It would be nice if we had more of a reason to use funeral march more.
