Basic idea is it's a general item, not worn, that benefits the healing moons special that occurs while outside and aligned properly, the idea would be that it: increases the power of moon heal specials (the ones the user would get normally) and/or increases how often they occur and/or occur for your moon no matter which one is out and/or they kick in as they normally would but doesn't matter if they're inside or not.
