damage over time spells Tue Apr 21 22:03:15 2015 MST Vor admin offline undid my previous changes that lowered dot spell damage when out of the room and raised dot damage when in the room. at this point, dot damage is the same in or out of the room, and it's back to somewhat normal levels. will test the change a bit and see how it goes.
