would it be possible to make rack add +height (maybe add less hpmax
to balance it) and to make it work on necro fams? i could see why
maybe thematically it wouldn't work with necro fams (though that
could swing both ways depending on how you view them), but addign
height seems like it would make more sense than adding just hpmax.

Hrm, now correct me if I'm wrong, but rack actually adds con, not
directly hpmax, right?

In which case adding con makes perfect sense, you abuse your body,
it adapts to build up defenses for next time, whereas adding height
doesn't really make sense.

Racking someone acts almost exclusively on the joints of the
extremities, the muscles of the trunk contract to prevent any major
action on the vertebral column.

As a matter of strictest fact, even were it not for that protection
of the spine, unless one is particularly tall, direct stretching and
compaction of the spine has very little effect on height.

Having said all that, I really don't care what happens in-game, for
all I care racking could add wis.
