Right now, I don't know about other shifters, but I can't imagine it is used very often due to the low success rate (measured by stuns). It takes forever to use and is relatively ineffective. It is no fun trying to down a mob that is chain healing itself and there the only option to combat chain healing is a very slow and typically ineffective skill. Q-love
