changed hemophilia quite a bit, but the damage it does is (or should
be identical). the difference is that instead of doing phys damage
for bleeding, it uses the bleed module used by mordulak's
bloodletting. so essentially, if the mob takes, say, cold damage, it
will taking freezing damage. if the mob takes fire damage, it will
burn. etc.

the only noticeable difference (besides messages), is that witches
won't count as the killer necessarily if bleeding wounds kill the
mob.

for now there is one difference actually: mobs won't bleed if you
aren't in combat.

theoretically after reboot that won't be an issue.
