broom Wed Mar 20 11:49:02 2013 MST Open player offline made broom waveable in nokill areas. you'll still get the message if the type of waving you're doing is considered combat waving, but if you're just healing it'll work fine. also made it so that even in combat you can wave it at yourself to get the healing effects
