i'll update the spell file, but i wnated to say it here too. i
downtuned diffuse magic a little bit. the part of the downtune that
you can actively control at this point is that it's tuned to mob
sizes. so a bigger mob will let you drain more sps at a time. i also
decreased the ost of diffuse magic quite a bit so that the cost is
no longer something i have to factor in to the equation, meaning the
amount of healing doen't have to add the cost back in.
if it seems really underpowered, let me know and i'll see what i can do.

ps, while i know that there are ways around this too, part of the
reason for this change is that it's really easy to just find a
really small mob, tap it, and then go do what you were doing before,
and then go back and tap the mob again. now small mobs won't be as
useful for that, but of course i don't have to tell you that you can
be pretty obnoxious to bigger mobs too.
