neatened up the formula for throwbacks a TON. also made it so that
the lower end mobs have a higher throwbak chance (to a small
degree), but compared to the old graph, higher level mobs have a
lower chance. also, it is theoretically possible to hit eq mobs with
potions, but it's a really tiny chance that they won't throw it
back.

while it does, yes, start off being worse at lower mob levels, it
does quickly get better. by the itme you're doing sidhe sized mobs,
it's got a clear advantage.

i should also point out that different mobs (meaning races or
different amounts of extra combat strength) have different chances
to throw back the potions. i based my numbers on humanoids, which
are usually a good thing to average with. :)

made some more changes. lemme explain what i'm trying to do so that
you'll see where i'm coming from.

to start, cauldron is based around the idea of doing what are
effectively areas to monsters. seems simple, but it gets
complicated. if you were to, for instance, cast mind shout in
beholders, you'd get your ass handed to you. you're not really able
to deal with the amount of melee damage that is incoming.

at the same time, each potion does less damage than mind shout, and
the overall collection time is higher.

now add in the fact that you only take areas (if you don't kill on
the first throw).

it gets really complicated, as you can see. so what i'm trying to is
find a balancing point between risk, effort, and reward.

as of right now, i have tuned the throws down again (less throwbacks
per monster), and then i have changed the damage done to be
dependant on monster's combat strength (witches can see that with
gaze, sort of) against the witch's own abilities. in essence, the
less well trained you are as a cauldron mage, the more throwbacks
you'll get, and the more damage the throwbacks will do.

it's a work in progress, and unfortunately my witch doesn't have any
cauldy stuff trained yet, so i'm having to base it on my
understanding of the math rather than actual experience.
