stab/backstab Wed Mar 13 13:45:16 2013 MST Vor admin offline raised the ep cost of stab and backstab. also removed the special from backstab that let it sometimes be only 3 rounds. pretty sure i added that after i did something, and then idn't remove it when i undid it.
