shadow hand shield Thu Aug 6 17:02:01 2009 MST Vor admin offline lowered the resistance a very small amount, and lowered the potential ep/sp heal quite a bit. while most of the time it wasn't happening i'm sure, it could really heal a ton of eps and sps if it went off right. mainly i just capped the amount it could heal per special.
