I increased damage of gem flash and also reduced gem cost for the spell on
the same random basis as gem blast (the minimum cost for gem flash is still
higher).
also i wanted to point out that i only reduced the gem cost for successful
casts. if you fail you don't get the randomized reduced cost to your gems |
