party buffs Wed Nov 27 12:39:11 2013 MST Vor admin offline made party buffs give grank on an individual buff basis, so that if you were to use it repeatedly in a room, it wouldn't give grank each time. it only gives grank when a normal buff would give grank. also lowered the using time of bannerman hymn, rondel, and minstrel rhythms to 10 rounds
