| there's a chance now that if your speed throwing beats a random
number, you will throw your knife instantly rather than it taking a
full round.
might downtune the odds a bit later, but frankly knife throwing
doesn't do a lot of damage and the odds for any special are low
enough that i think they could stand to be boosted some. |
