| starting at reboot, weaken willpower's effectiveness will change.
rather than being a flat amount ir emoves (which can make it almost
useless in some situations), now it's a percentage of the mob's stun
res that gets removed. this may end up being tinkered with, so if
it's too good to start I will need to downtune it. I don't foresee
any issues though. |
