Hello IOM Adventurers!
I would like to form a SWAT EQ team and slay 7-10tp monsters that are terrorizing IOM. In the past I have tried to gather the band of adventurers spontaneously which wasnt always successful.
The new approach I would like to try is to have a set time/date with set slots/guilds. For you older adventurers, you may recall the parties Warrowarr & Blackwidow ran - this is similar. I would like to test this approach for a few weeks, in the hope that it works better than the old approach.
I hope to generate a team of regular players that would like to EQ, but also provide the flexibility to other players that would like to EQ but not every 4 days. This would allow players to plan/make time for EQ better. Also this is your chance to play a guild you always wanted but were worried you wouldnt be used ("everytime I reinc healer, there seem to be 4 other healers and I never get parties").
While keeping this is free/flexible as possible, past experience has shown that I need to impose some guidelines.
- If you commit to a party, the team is counting on you to join and stay for the duration. If you cannot join, please provide warning so we can give someone else a chance.
- Anyone is welcome to fill a slot (I dont care about clans, ignores, personal hatreds). If you want to join I ask you to respect all others in the party. If you cannot, dont join.
- For core guilds (all except damage) I am a supporter of players who really want to play that guild and can join most of the parties. I want to provide a place for players to play/ grow into guilds they want to play. This means if you are a lvl 90 abjurer and could play every time, I would prefer you over a lvl 180 abjurer who can only play once a month. Activity > Worth.
