Now, I'm not generally one to comment on tunes, but I think this one
bears some comment. Vor, you mentioned that you downtunes the
effectiveness of MC, because it had the potential to be stronger
than QC.

While, should this be necessary to maintain the precarious balance
in the game we have, I'll shut my damn mouth, it occurs to me that
even with your uptune to the effectiveness of it in combat, MC is
inherintly less useful than QC because it still doesn't work
perfectly in combat while QC does.

Either MC should work perfectly in combat, QC should have the same
penalties as MC in combat, or MC should have the potential to be
more effective than QC...or again, I should shut my damn fool mouth
since I, as a mortal, have no fucking clue what I'm talking about
when it comes to balance.

I just chekced the code. motion control is identical in combat and
out of combat
