Street Brawler guild members are taught to improve their brawling skills to help them survive the streets. They learn how to effectively dodge and hit faster, allowing two hits instead of one. They also learn how to fight dirty if they need to.

Doing so well takes training and practice. That's where this skill comes in. With this skill, party members may attempt to protect the party members who stand behind them. The more people being protected, the more training this takes. Obviously, different guilds gain different techniques, and thus they are not all equally efficient. Warrior, being the biggest and baddest tanks, are, of course, unrivaled in their abilities. Please note that in the case of shapeshifters, ursine forms can make use of the training in a 'normal' way, whereas canine forms tank better the more of them that there are. Other shapeshifter forms do not have the ability to tank at all. Also note that necromancer familiars do need this skill to properly tank as well.
